Presentation Description

Would you like to discuss how other HR professionals create an internal brand that employees buy in to? November’s HR Roundtable provides an opportunity to hear about some unique ways area HR professionals have helped to create or shape their company’s internal brand which has assisted in driving the bottom line.

All companies have a brand whether it is a formal one or not. We all work for companies with their own personalities, cultures and values. This session will provide an opportunity to talk about how both large and smaller companies harness the power of their internal culture and leverage it to drive ownership of the brand.

Learning objectives/outcomes for this session:

1. Share best practices on making your external brand meaningful internally
2. Discuss techniques and ideas to infuse the brand into your company’s everyday work and projects.
3. Learn different perspectives from other HR managers on how they developed the internal brand from the large corporate structure to the solo practitioner.
