Session 1

We live in an era of constant innovation and change. Yet trying to keep up with the latest HR strategies and trends while managing your day-to-day work is challenging.  Annually, QTI surveys hundreds of employers to better understand HR challenges and leading trends to overcome these challenges.  This survey explores topics such as talent attraction and engagement strategies, compensation and benefit plans, diversity, equity, and inclusion programs, and more.  Join us as we share QTI’s latest survey results where we will provide you with data to drive decision making and actionable solutions to help your organization reach its full potential through people.  Session attendees will receive a complimentary copy of QTI’s 2021 HR Trends Highlights Report to support their 2021 HR strategic plans.

Participants will learn:
  • Learn about the top HR challenges and what high performing organizations are doing to attract, retain, and engage talent
  • Learn how your organization can make forward progress in diversity, equity, and inclusion commitments and actions
  • Learn about the compensation, benefits, well-being, and career trends to optimize your total rewards investment

Session 2

In these times of change and extreme uncertainty, it’s normal for people to get stuck focused on all the problems and challenges that stress them out. When they feel overwhelmed, anxious, or discouraged, it’s hard for them to be their best; to provide their best teamwork, their best ideas, their best leadership. However, studies show that people can learn to shift their thinking so they can spend more time in positive emotions, like curiosity, enthusiasm, optimism, and appreciation. Now everything gets easier and better, including:
 ~ Productivity
~ Customer relations
~ Change management
~ Teamwork
~ Leadership

In this program, you will learn why increasing your people's positivity matters to your organization's success and, more importantly, science-based strategies to make it easier for them (and you) to build their positivity skills.

Participants will:
  • Gain a deeper understanding of the meaning and importance of positivity in people’s lives and in your organization
  • Leave with ideas on how to increase and promote positivity in your people and organization based on Positive Psychology
  • Discover a new appreciation for the power of our thoughts and how to tap into that power for more success
