Logo -  All partner levels

Your logo will be on display in a variety of locations highlighting your business. 
Virtual-ONLY Modification: Logos will appear on the website and our virtual event platforms. 

  • Available to: All partner levels.
  • Specifications:  Available formats include eps (preferred), jpg, png, psd. Recommended resolution is 300 dpi. 
  • Due Date: December for the upcoming partnership year.
     

E-Newsletter Ad - All Partner Levels

Our online, monthly e-newsletter, HR InTouch, is distributed to all chapter members.  Content should be advertisement in nature, highlighting your business and service offerings.  

  • Available to: All partner levels.  Specific levels identified below:
    Platinum = 3 ads, Gold = 3 ads, Silver = 2 ads, Bronze = 1 ad
  • Specifications - 72 dpi, 270p wide x 360p high (3.75” x 5”), jpg or pdf.
  • Due last Friday of the month preceding issue run date.  (For example, the October ad would be due the last Friday of September.)
     

Partner E-News Update - Platinum level only

An e-blast distributed to all chapter members, highlighting only your business’s content.  Content should be informational and limited to one or two paragraphs to hold readers attention.  One or two images are allowed.  You may include links to your website for more information. A maximum of two updates may be sent each month. 
 
  • Available to: Platinum Partners Only
    Platinum = 1 Update
  • Please submit as a Word document.


Professional Development Summits

Five times a year, we organized a PDS.  PDS events are intended to educate, inform and bring the GMA-SHRM community together to network. Typical PDS attendance ranges from 80-120. 

  • Schedule: Registration begins at 7:30am and the program begins at 8:00am.  Break 10:00am - 10:15am.  Program ends at 12:15pm. 
  • Event Details:
    • Continuing education credits available for attendees. 
    • Light breakfast available for onsite events only.
       

PDS Guest Passes

  • Available to: All partner levels.  Specific levels identified below: 
    Platinum = 8 PassesGold = 8 PassesSilver = 4 PassesBronze = 2 Passes
  • Redemption: Notify your GMA-SHRM liaison or Chapter Admin with your request and we will enroll your attendees on your behalf. Please include name and email address in the request.
     

Tabletop Display at Professional Development Summits

  • Available to:  Available to: All partner levels.  Specific levels identified below:
    Platinum = 4 ProgramsGold = 4 ProgramsSilver = 2 ProgramsBronze = 1 Program
 
  • In Person PDS Benefits and Details
  • To get the most from your display opportunity, we encourage your attendance and participation in the full days program.  You do not need to stand by your display.
  • 4' display opportunity (half an 8' table, no chair or booth).  At times, table may be shared with a non competing partner.
  • Typical PDS attendance 80-120.
  • Registration begins at 7:30am and program begins at 8:00am.  Break 10:00am - 10:15am.  Program ends 12:15pm.
  • Recommended set up time - 7:30am
  • Recommended take down time - anytime after break ending at 10:15am.  No later than 12:30pm.


     

Sponsorship of Professional Development Summits - Platinum and Gold only

  • Available to: Platinum and Gold Partner levels only.   Specific levels identified below:
    Platinum = 1 ProgramGold = 1 Program 
    Maximum of two partners per session
     
  • In Person PDS Benefits and Details
    • Full 8'x10' booth with 8' table
    • Optional 2 minutes microphone time before your session.  Introduction of speaker if you choose.
    • Option to place materials on attendee tables before your session.
    • Typical PDS attendance 80-120.
    • Registration begins at 7:30am and program begins at 8:00am.  Break 10:00am - 10:15am.  Program ends 12:15pm.
    • Recommended set up time - 7:30am
    • Recommended take down time - anytime after break ending at 10:15am.  No later than 12:30pm. 
 
  • Virtual Event Modifications
    For virtual PDS events, PDS Sponsors receive optional 1–2-minute promotional video to air before one of the two sessions. Recommended format is .mp4. (Most phones, computers, cameras record and play in this format.) Video must be in a format that allows downloading. Sponsors also get the option to include 4 electronic links. Available formats include .doc, .pdf and hyperlink. Video and links due the last Friday of the month preceding event date. (For example, the September PDS video and  links would be due the last Friday of August.)
 

Human Capital Conference

Generally hosted in May, the HCC is our largest educational and networking event of the year.  Typical HCC attendance is approximately 270.  
  • Schedule: Registration begins at 7:30am and program begins at 8:00am.  Program ends at 4:00pm with reception.  
  • Event Details: 
    • Continuing education credits available for attendees. 
    • A light breakfast, lunch and reception appetizers available for onsite events only.

HCC ATTENDANCE VOUCHERS: 

  • Available to: Limited partner levels.  Specific levels identified below: 
    Platinum = 4 VouchersGold = 2 VouchersSilver = 1 Voucher

HCC TABLETOP DISPLAYS

  • Available to: All partner levels.  Specific levels identified below:

In Person HCC Tabletop Display
  • Booth dimensions are 10' wide with back drape and 8' waist height draped side arms.   Booth includes 8' skirted table and 2 chairs.
  • Electrical service and high speed internet connections are available for purchase through Alliant Energy Center.  Contact chapteradmin@gmashrm.org to be connected to Alliant's Exhibitor Services.
  • Sponsors receive 4 total Conference registrations.  Contact chapteradmin@gmashrm.org with registrant names and emails.
  • We encourage sponsors to partake in education sessions and lunch to get the most from your sponsorship!
  • Our 10 sponsor booths are located in the common "atrium" area and receive traffic at registration, breaks, lunch and the post event reception.
  • Booth set up opens at 7:00am day of conference.   Attendee registration begins at 7:30am.
  • Booth take down - we encourage sponsors to stay through the 4:00pm reception.
  • Expected attendance is 270.
 

Social Media Posts

The use of social media offers an immediate and valuable way to connect with our members and their extended networks.   Currently GMA SHRM engages with LinkedIn and Facebook.

  • Specifications: Please specify if you prefer connecting your social media post with any additional content through the use of hashtags (#) and/or address (@) signs. 
  • Due Date: None.  Available on a first come, first serve basis. Please specify if you prefer your content to be published on a specific day.
 

Access to Mailing Lists

Platinum = 8 times per year, Gold = 8 times per yearSilver = 4 times per yearBronze = 1 time per year 

  • List provided in Excel format with name, company, title and address.
  • List is for one time use and monitored.  Request a new list as needed.
  • Content of mailing must be pre-approved by GMA SHRM administrator and will be reviewed for conflicts with GMA SHRM program dates and education topics.
