With 25 years of experience in the consumer products and manufacturing industry, Susan Thomson brings a diverse background with small and mid-market companies with an excellent track record in growth and profitability, operations, and exceptional team performance. Prior to ActionCOACH, Susan was the CEO of North America for Kapro Tools, where she led a dedicated team to double that company’s sales and profits in the US and Canada. Prior to joining Kapro, Susan spent 11 years with Fiskars Brands—maker of the famous Fiskars orange-handled scissors—in senior management roles ranging from marketing to R&D management, operations, global product alignment and worldwide corporate responsibilities.
