Local compensation data is hard to find and the GMA SHRM Compensation survey is a great resource!
The Greater Madison Area SHRM and Gallagher Surveys are pleased to present the annual salary survey. Thirty-three organizations participated in the 2021 version of the survey.
GMA SHRM’s mission is to offer members a variety of professional development opportunities and an environment in which to share ideas, experiences, and building lasting relationships.
Recent events have brought many challenges. Along with concerns about health came social unrest around race and equality. The social unrest and calls for awareness continue and shine light to the importance of being human and kind.
Our Diversity Committee is proud to announce our DEI Resource Page is now live! This is a work in progress page we will continue to build and keep the resources up to date and relevant on a quarterly basis.
