Change is occurring at an incredible pace in organizations today. The sheer quantity of changes is increasing, and changes are happening more frequently and faster than ever before. With such large amounts of change happening, organizations need a better and more structured way to manage the individuals in the organization impacted by all of these changes. That’s why change management as a competency has grown tremendously over the last five years. Organizations need to manage the human side of change more effectively than they have in the past.

Our FacilitatorVicki Kampmeier is a high energy, results oriented leader with over 25 years of progressive, broad-based leadership experiences in field and corporate settings. She has a unique blend of operational and human resource experience working for companies like McCaw Communications (dba Cellular One), Bell South, and US Cellular. She is currently the Director of Human Resources and Administration at TDS. However, she stepped out of her current role for two years to lead the change management efforts on a large project for one of TDS’s business units. During this time Vicki immersed herself in the discipline of change management. Vicki has a BS in Business Administration, and is currently pursuing her MS in Organizational Development from Edgewood College.
