|
Presented by: - Sherrin Ross Ingram

Despite having “SMART” goals and consistent strategies, even the most motivated and dedicated individuals can have a hard time staying focused and make consistent progress on tasks and overall strategies. This is due in large part in failing to understand the true essence of strategy and to use that understanding as a starting point in strategy development. In this inspiring and practical presentation, Sherrin teaches how to step back and examine your strategy development process to get to the heart of what really drives consistent achievement.
As a result of attending this session, attendees will be able to:
1. Understand the components of the strategic planning process, and have knowledge of the key missing ingredient in most plans.
2. Employ an effective and efficient process for exploring options during the planning process that increase commitment to specific strategies;
3. Differentiate actionable strategies from non-actionable strategies;
4. Identify hidden and often overlooked attributes in their existing and future strategies that may cause them to stall or fail.
5. Develop, execute and fine-tune strategies for encouraging improved performance in a way that empowers employees while meeting the expectations of the organization, its employees, and other stakeholders.
