Session 1

Nina Ferraro will share how organizations, teams, and leaders can get real, proven and measurable results quickly by completing a 4-step system that improves: company culture and productivity through her proprietary methods, tools, and teachings.

Attendees will leave understanding:

  • the true cost of avoiding a Culture of Productivity.
  • how to improve employee focus, work output and performance, health, collaboration, time management, communication, proactive behaviors, happiness, and loyalty.
  • the necessity of a hand-in-hand collaboration between Human Resources, leadership, and the employee-base.

Specific competencies covered connect to: Leadership & Navigation; Business Acumen; Relationship Management; and Communication.

Participants will learn:

  • To identify the four core pieces of productivity.
  • To identify the two core problems that contribute to lacking productivity and how to prevent these by implementing specific solutions.
  • The trade cost of avoidance by not pursuing a culture of productivity.

Session 2

Though complex, retention and employee engagement are not a mystery. People stay when they feel safe. People engage when they feel safe. When people feel safe, they stick around, build high-performing teams, and make more creative decisions. The opposite is true. People who fear being themselves at work check out. If boundaries go ignored or opinions are dismissed, productivity suffers.

Creating safe cultures is vital. It takes more than only preventing toxic behaviors. And it doesn’t happen by chance.

This program teaches the proven Feel Safe Framework to ensure your people know the why, how, and what of safe cultures. The framework is a researched, three-step process that encourages individual and group action. Teaching realistic practices and providing organization-tailored solutions, this program gives your people the tools to advocate for safe environments—environments where people feel welcomed as their whole selves and know that their voices matter.

Participants will learn:
  • Mastery of the three steps of the Feel Safe Framework to ensure they feel competent and comfortable in addressing their safety needs with leaders, team members, and peers.
  • An inspired perspective that discussing, negotiating, and respecting boundaries enhances productivity, creativity, and a sense of belonging.
  • Tailored solutions to overcome trust gaps by addressing past feelings of violation before creating a path to handle future incidents more healthily.
  • Ambitions and knowledge to make this all stick by defining new team and group habits to weather conflict or stress.

With over 15 years of experience in people and project leadership, Nina Ferraro created Boldly + Co to fully bring her experience and love for peak productivity and performance to other organizations, teams, and leaders. Her proven 90-day productivity system improves: work output, health, and loyalty all while reducing voluntary attrition and illness.
Nina has coached hundreds of business owners and teams, shared her vision on national stages, and helped organizations become of which they had formerly only dreamed.
Tim Mousseau is a survivor of sexual harassment turned speaker and advocate. Today, he helps organizations create safer cultures where people thrive. Building off original research with 97 distinct organizations, Tim created the Feel Safe Framework. This tool helps challenge how we approach traditionally compliance-based topics related to feelings of safety throughout the employee experience. His findings offer tools to help teams better define boundaries, overcome trust gaps, and ensure people feel valued as their whole selves.

Throughout the last nine years, over 450 organizations, including Congressional offices, professional sports teams, international franchises, and beyond have partnered with Tim. Outside of speaking, Tim is an author, writing children's books with his wife, Skylar. Together, they call New York City home.
