Session 2

As organizations bring employees into a hybrid work environment, we need to rethink how that affects culture and harness the benefits hybrid and remote environments can bring. HR professionals need to address both the challenges and opportunities teams currently face and what the future of remote working will bring.

Additionally, a work from anywhere policy is quickly becoming a necessity for recruiting, engaging, and retaining talent. This session will also dive into how your hybrid work environment can offer a competitive advantage and appeal to digital natives.



Participants will learn:
  • Strategic insights and tactical best practices to harness the benefits of remote and hybrid environments
  • Techniques to help managers who supervise remote or hybrid teams
  • How to understand the skills and characteristics to look for when hiring employees into a remote or hybrid work environment

Tina Paulus-Krause is a business coach, team trainer and speaker who empowers leaders and teams to embody new ways of communication that lead to deeper relationships AND results.  

With over 22 years in the insurance industry both in the field and internal, Tina has coached hundreds of leaders to create clarity, growth and success, both personally and professionally. 

Tina holds a PhD certificate in mastering leadership. She has facilitated coaching and training for companies such as Korsgaden International, University of WI, Allstate, American Family, CUNA Mutual and United Way.  
Tina is a certified professional business coach, an American College Chartered Leadership Fellow, a Senior Level Executive Contributor at BRAINZ Magazine and has been featured in publications such as The Huffington Post and BRAVA Magazine. 

Tina is married to Al and together they have 5 adult children and a silver lab named Rocki. 
 
Shawn Belling is a globally experienced technology executive, speaker, instructor, and author based in Madison, WI. Shawn has held executive and management roles in higher education, software, consulting, bio-pharma, manufacturing, and regulatory compliance sectors. Shawn is the Chief Information Officer at Madison College, and is adjunct faculty at UW– Madison and UW-Platteville as well as the University of Southern California. Shawn earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater and Master of Science in Project Management from UW – Platteville. Shawn earned a certificate in Organizational Change Leadership from UW-Platteville and Doctor of Education in Leadership at the University of the Cumberlands. Shawn released his book Remotely Possible in June of 2021.
