Session 1

At some point all leaders struggle with achieving breakthrough performance – in themselves and their teams. This session will explore a simple framework designed to help ensure that the right priorities are clear to all and that each team member’s contributions are optimized to achieve personal and professional goals.  The HUSTLE framework isn’t simply about driving performance but also helping leaders and team members be fulfilled, energized, focused and achieve the success they strive for.  Dustin will share how he crafted the HUSTLE framework to help himself and started sharing the success with others and seeing the impact it has had.

Participants will learn:

  • Learn how to identify and focus on the right priorities.
  • How to get the most out of teams by adhering to the principles of HUSTLE.
  • How to grow into a more effective and productive leader.
  

Session 2

Today’s HR professionals are supposed to be the champion of organizational Diversity and Inclusion strategy. While HR is at the forefront of this challenge, many new and even veteran HR professionals lack the ability to create an inclusive dialogue. In order to be able to initiate and sustain such dialogues, HR professionals need a critical understanding of group dynamics and facilitation principles. This session will provide HR professionals with  practical facilitation tools and principles they can apply in these crucial dialogues to build inclusive, safe spaces. Learning these tools will help HR professionals at all levels be able to carry forward the organizational DEI agenda to the grassroots by engaging diverse employee populations in inclusive dialogues.

Participants will:
  • Understand HR’s role as a facilitator in building a diverse and inclusive organizational culture.
  • Make the leap from "being inclusive" to "practicing inclusion" through the power of dialogue.
  • Learn facilitation tools HR can use to spark meaningful conversation between diverse employee groups.

Dustin is a dynamic speaker, podcaster, entrepreneur, community leader and coach. As president and CEO of McClone Insurance, Dustin oversees the strategic direction of the company including starting an HR Consulting practice within McClone.  He is also the Founder of the Hustle Leadership Network and podcast. He is passionate about building, coaching, and inspiring teams, organizations, and individuals. 		  
Bhakti is a Leadership Development Consultant, Group Facilitator and a Learning Strategist known for her work with groups, individuals and organizations. She helps build inclusive company cultures and entrench learning strategies, so teams plagued with internal power struggles, miscommunication, talent attrition and low levels of engagement can transform into high-performing powerhouses.      Using unique methodologies and modules, she has guided hundreds of leaders to become facilitators themselves, as they discover and develop their own authentic leadership styles.       Her decade-long corporate experience with global  HR teams helps her bring unique cultural insights to her consulting and speaking engagements.       She is on a mission to help leaders learn and use the power of dialogue to create inclusive, engaging and more human workplaces.
