Conflict there may look like formal reports, gossip, contentious encounters, toxic behavior, etc. Regardless of how conflict shows up in your workplace, you have an important role: to help resolve conflicts in a way that uplifts everyone involved and genuinely strengthens your organization.
But how do you do that? How do you uplift everyone when your role is inherently biased to support one side of the dispute? This breakout session will explore these difficult questions and impart you with perspectives and skills to help you compassionately resolve conflicts in your workplace – and your life.
