Presentation Description

What is the state of accountability in your organization? Do people feel personally accountable for their results? To what extent does your organization’s culture reinforce or undermine accountability? Do your HR practices reinforce accountability to your company’s strategic goals?

This Strategic Summit introduces the key elements of personal and organizational accountability featured in the international bestseller The Oz Principle. This session exposes the traps associated with the Blame Game (where people explain and justify why it is that they did not deliver) and we’ll explore tools that allow both individuals and teams to maximize the delivery of quality results. We’ll also discuss HR as a key partner in creating an accountability culture and how to align HR infrastructure and metrics with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives in ways that support greater accountability.

Want to ensure that HR’s actions in support of accountability are fully aligned with your company’s strategic goals and objectives? Bring your CEO, COO, or others in your C-suite to this session to help strengthen HR’s role in moving your company toward greater accountability.

Attendees will:

1. Clarify the Key Organizational Results and explore ways to align people's daily work objectives with those results.
2. Introduce a positive approach to creating greater accountability throughout the organization.
3. Create greater ownership for achieving the Key Results by using the Steps To Accountability model.
4. Learn how to apply the tools and practices that accelerate greater accountability both individually and organizationally.
