Presentation Description

The program is intended to provide an understanding of financial statements and financial analysis, including common financial terms, measurements and key performance indicators that will allow HR to provide information for the development and monitoring of the organization's overall budget.  The program will provide HR professionals with skills to speak to a financial person in their language, translate issues facing HR professionals into financial terms and contribute to the development of the organization's strategic plan.

 

Attendees of this program will be able to:

1.  Understand and interpret accounting reports
2.  Analyze operations based on financial performance
3.  Enable more effective communications between Human Resources and Finance
