Leadership and executive coaching have continued to grow in popularity among organizations looking to grow and become even more competitive. Our learning process will focus on what human resource leaders are doing, and can continue to do to build coaching skills throughout their organizational leaders and managers. - Review the need and use of coaching throughout the capital region.
- Comprehend personality types and their impact on the coaching process.
- Use personality type to respond to a leadership coaching case, understanding the impact of type on the approach and results.
- Identify strategies that will address the obstacles encountered when managers coach team members with different personalities.
