Kate Adametz Jenkins is the Compensation Analyst for UW Credit Union and spearheaded the selection and implementation of the organization’s performance management system, Halogen Software. Kate has over 14 years of HR experience in the areas of recruiting, employee relations, payroll, benefits, facilitation, management coaching and compensation. She is currently responsible for managing the compensation, market pricing and the performance management programs and processes for the UW Credit Union. She is also as certified coach for the organization, working with leaders on individual leadership development.
