Presentation Description

 

Leadership and executive coaching have continued to grow in popularity among organizations looking to grow and become even more competitive. Our learning process will focus on what human resource leaders are doing, and can continue to do to build coaching skills throughout their organizational leaders and managers. We encourage you to invite a manager (or two) from your organization to attend this session and p articipate in an engaging learning process as we help HR leaders (and managers) understand the depth, nuance and steps needed to establish coaching skills throughout your organization’s leadership.

Performance Objectives:

  • Define coaching and the paradox of its use in today’s organization.
  • Review the need and use of coaching throughout the capital region.
  • Comprehend personality types and their impact on the coaching process.
  • Use personality type to respond to a leadership coaching case, understanding the impact of type on the approach and results.
  • Identify strategies that will address the obstacles encountered when managers coach team members with different personalities.

 
 

Our Presenters

Dan Loichinger, Dan is the founder and managing partner of Loichinger Advantage LLC. Loichinger Advantage partners with executives and business owners to create growing, market-leading organizations that will prosper for years to come. Dan brings decades of leadership training, coaching and consulting experiences to his clients.

 

Michelle Sugerman PMP, ACC is a consulting associate for Loichinger Advantage LLC, and serves clients through her executive coaching expertise. She lives to motivate business owners, Christian leaders, empowered woman and corporate teams. She draws from her extensive experience in corporate and entrepreneurial environments, especially in the areas of technology management and project management. Michelle's business coaching and professional training allows her to inspire professionals toward confidence and purpose through enhanced skills, self-knowledge, and decision making.
