Our Presenters

Ann Marie Molitor is the Senior Administrative Law Judge in the Unemployment Insurance Division’s Madison Hearing Office. In addition to performing supervisory duties, Ann conducts formal hearings concerning eligibility for unemployment benefits and issues written legal decisions. She has been with the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development since November 2004. Ann earned her undergraduate degree from Marquette University and her law degree from the University of Wisconsin. Prior to working as an Administrative Law Judge, Ann worked as a senior technical writer, a legislative staff attorney, and a civil prosecutor.

Barbara Bohringer started with Job Service in Lancaster in 1973 and assisted in placing applicants with employers. Barb was instrumental in setting up the Richland Center and Dodgeville Job Centers. In 1982 she accepted a position in the Unemployment Insurance Adjudication Unit where she investigated and resolved unemployment eligibility issues raised by employers, claimants or the department. When the local office in Lancaster closed in 1995 she relocated to the Madison area. She currently works as the Staff Development Coordinator in the Madison UI Benefit Center. Her duties include training and providing technical assistance to adjudication staff as well as answering complex benefit related inquiries. Barb enjoys speaking to the public to increase customer satisfaction and provide more efficient delivery of Unemployment Insurance services.
