George will start with a quick overview of sound corporate policy, and address the most common mistake businesses often make. He will then share "next generation" social media policy ideas, and the training and cultural issues that best create a foundation for effective corporate use of social media. No matter where you are on the social media learning curve, you will walk away with some new ideas.
