In discussions, the group will:

2. You will learn the difference between project management and process management, as well as when to use each.
3. You will learn the fundamental tools of project management.
4. You will learn the main causes of project failure and how to reduce the risk.
5. You will participate in a facilitated discussion that allows attendees to learn the role that organizational culture plays in project success.
