Our Presenter

Dan has over 25 years of success in defining leadership models, coaching executives, developing strategic leadership and designing & implementing OD projects across various industry markets.  He is the founder, president and principal coach for Loichinger Advantage LLC, as well as the newest TEC Chairman in the Madison area.

His unique views have been shaped by leading corporate training & development teams, as well as consulting with clients on competency models, 360-degree assessments, leadership development, change management, OD, high-potential leadership, organization mentoring, strategic planning, team development and organizational restructuring for growth.

Dan has authored several articles, shares his viewpoints on leadership development & coaching through the Loichinger Advantage blog, presented at over 30 conferences, trained business owners through the UW Small Business Development Center, judged the Governor’s Business Plan Contest, volunteered as a Merlin Mentor, and currently serves on several local non-profit boards.

Loichinger Advantage LLC has been serving closely-held, corporate and non-profit organizations for nearly 15 years as an external coach and consultant. Today, it is focused on improving executive effectiveness, leadership teams and competitive advantage through executive coaching and development.
