2025 GMA SHRM Compensation Survey Participation

The 2025 Greater Madison Area SHRM Compensation Survey is now open for participation!

All participants receive a complimentary copy of the GMA SHRM results in Excel and Gallagher’s National Compensation Survey in a PDF format. The Excel presents detailed compensation data for the state of Wisconsin while the national PDF report includes national, regional, and high-level industry data for every position.

GMA SHRM’s mission is to offer members a variety of professional development opportunities and an environment in which to share ideas, experiences, and building lasting relationships.

Recent events have brought many challenges.  Along with concerns about health came social unrest around race and equality.   The social unrest and calls for awareness continue and shine light to the importance of being human and kind.

Our Diversity Committee is proud to announce our DEI Resource Page is now live! This is a work in progress page we will continue to build and keep the resources up to date and relevant on a quarterly basis.

We certainly welcome any feedback/suggestions, requests on what content you’d like add, and any contributions you may have!

Student Membership in GMA SHRM

GMA SHRM provides a discounted membership to students enrolled in full-time (minimum of 5 credits) HR programs at an undergraduate or 2-year community or technical college.
