2025 GMA SHRM Compensation Survey Now Available!

Survey release November 2025

Competition for employees across all industries is at an all-time high, leading to rapidly escalating salaries. The GMA SHRM Compensation Survey provides up-to-date local, regional and national benchmarks to help you get a better handle on this challenging labor market.  

Conducted by Gallagher Surveys, this general industry survey collects base salary, bonuses, total cash, salary ranges and HR policy data for more than 180 jobs common across all industries.

GMA SHRM’s mission is to offer members a variety of professional development opportunities and an environment in which to share ideas, experiences, and building lasting relationships.

Recent events have brought many challenges.  Along with concerns about health came social unrest around race and equality.   The social unrest and calls for awareness continue and shine light to the importance of being human and kind.

Our Diversity Committee is proud to announce our DEI Resource Page is now live! This is a work in progress page we will continue to build and keep the resources up to date and relevant on a quarterly basis.

We certainly welcome any feedback/suggestions, requests on what content you’d like add, and any contributions you may have!

Student Membership in GMA SHRM

GMA SHRM provides a discounted membership to students enrolled in full-time (minimum of 5 credits) HR programs at an undergraduate or 2-year community or technical college.
